Divine Balaji Travels follows the cancellation and refund policy below for tour package bookings.
→ 30 days or more before the scheduled travel date: 60% refund.
→ 15 to 29 days before the scheduled travel date: 40% refund.
→ 0 to 14 days before the scheduled travel date: No refund.
Refund percentages are calculated on the total package amount paid by the customer. For example, if the total package amount paid is ₹20,000, a cancellation 30 days or more before travel results in a ₹12,000 refund.
These general terms apply to all Divine Balaji Travels packages unless a separately disclosed package-specific cancellation policy applies.
For Shirdi flight packages, the package-specific cancellation policy published on the Shirdi package page takes precedence over these general terms and is disclosed before booking and payment. Under that separately disclosed Shirdi policy, no refund applies when the flight ticket has already been booked, subject to mandatory statutory rights. Legally required refunds remain unaffected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
TTD donations, official darshan tickets, flights, hotels and other third-party components may be subject to the applicable provider's rules. Their treatment is not separately defined by this page; please confirm the written quotation and applicable terms before payment.
