Cancellation Policy

Flight ticket not booked

Refund calculation basis: When the flight ticket is not booked, the stated percentage applies to the total Shirdi package amount paid by the customer. Example: if ₹30,000 was paid, a cancellation 30 days or more before travel results in an ₹18,000 refund.

Flight ticket already booked

No refund is available under this Shirdi flight-package policy, regardless of the cancellation date, subject to applicable legal rights and any mandatory airline obligations.

Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 working days. For Shirdi flight packages, this package-specific cancellation policy takes precedence over the general refund policy. The conditions are disclosed before booking and payment; mandatory statutory rights and legally required refunds remain unaffected.
